Entrando nell’appartamento possiamo ammirare la luminosità che ci avvolge, e l’essenzialità nell’arredo. Mobili a misura con illuminazione led che crea un’atmosfera elegante e seducente, comodi divani per guardare un film in tutto relax.
La cucina studiata nei minimi dettagli, corredata con tutti gli elettrodomestici all’avanguardia, si può definire estremamente funzionale.
Una porta scorrevole ci introduce nella zona notte, dove troviamo la camera matrimoniale con bagno padronale e ampia cabina armadio. Nel disimpegno un’altra porta scorrevole si apre nella lavanderia. Inoltre troviamo una seconda camera e/o studio, un altro bagno anch’esso con una meravigliosa e ugualmente spaziosa doccia. Tutta la zona notte si affaccia su un balcone che segue la lunghezza dell’appartamento.
Possibilità di affittare anche il garage, da concordare con la proprietà.
Arrivando a Palazzo Carlton troviamo a piano terra un salone con il portiere che ti riceve durante l’orario diurno dal lunedì al venerdì, e sempre allo stesso livello troviamo una palestra completa di ogni attrezzatura.
Questa meravigliosa esperienza la puoi vivere anche per un unico mese; venire in vacanza a Pescara per trovare amici e parenti, in questo caso il canone mensile sarà pari a euro 5.000,00 comprensivo di tutte le spese.

Living at Palazzo Carlton—even for a short while—will make you feel as though you are waking up in a dream every single morning! From the vantage point of a magnificent sea-facing terrace, on clear days, you can take in a panoramic view that stretches from the Conero promontory all the way to Ortona. The terrace is fully equipped with every comfort, making it the perfect setting for hosting gatherings with friends. Well-tended planters—maintained by the Palazzo Carlton condominium—surround you with lush greenery and fragrant blooms. Upon entering the apartment, you are immediately struck by the bright, airy atmosphere and the minimalist decor. Custom-made furnishings, accented by LED lighting, create an elegant and alluring ambiance, while comfortable sofas invite you to relax and enjoy a movie. The kitchen, designed with meticulous attention to detail and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, is exceptionally functional. A sliding door leads into the sleeping area, which features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. In the hallway, another sliding door opens into a laundry room. There is also a second bedroom—which could serve as a study—and an additional bathroom, complete with a wonderful, generously sized shower. The entire sleeping area opens onto a balcony that runs the full length of the apartment. A garage is also available for rent; terms can be discussed with the owner. At Palazzo Carlton, the ground floor features a lobby with a concierge on duty during the day, Monday through Friday. On the same level, there is a fully equipped gym. This exceptional living experience is available for stays as short as one month—perfect for those visiting Pescara to see friends or family.
