In Abruzzo l’entroterra è costituito per la gran parte da parchi nazionali e riserve naturali. La regione comprende paesini medievali e rinascimentali tra verdi colline ricoperte da vigneti e ulivi dove il Gran Sasso e il blu del mare (costa dei trabocchi) sono baciati dal sole. La città di Chieti è adagiata su una collina a 330 m sul livello del mare. La sua storia inizia in epoche remote, la leggenda, infatti, vuole che Chieti sia stata fondata nel 1181 a.C. dall’eroe greco Achille che la chiamò Teate.
In zona residenziale immersa nel viale alberato Europa è posizionata una palazzina esclusiva; troviamo una soluzione abitativa con caratteristiche estremamente moderne.
Come accade spesso nella città di Chieti entriamo ad un piano, ma l’appartamento principale si affaccia al terzo ed ultimo piano, con al quarto piano la mansarda di proprietà ad uso ricreativo/palestra e cambio accessori per le tipologie di sport che si desidera praticare. Dove troviamo un bagno e anche un balconcino.
Al piano primo, ma entrando dal portone principale è come se fosse situato a piano terra, troviamo un piccolo appartamento che può essere considerato per ospiti, con camera matrimoniale, bagno, soggiorno, cucina e lavanderia. All’ingresso l’ascensore che porta all’appartamento principale.
Per accedere all’appartamento padronale, se non si usa l’ascensore abbiamo una doppia rampa di scale dove troviamo due porte blindate d’ingresso.
L’enorme salone con camino si può suddividere in due ambienti facendo scorrere una parete di cristallo. La sala da pranzo si affaccia su uno splendido terrazzo, dove all’orizzonte spicca il blu del mare di Francavilla.
La cucina è suddivisa in due ambienti, per poter ospitare conviviali con molti amici, sempre con ampie vetrate aperte sul terrazzo.
Alle spalle della cucina troviamo una comodissima lavanderia/stireria.
Tornando all’ingresso ci dirigiamo verso lo studio con balcone e un bagno ospiti, proseguendo verso la zona notte, da un disimpegno dove arriva l’ascensore troviamo due matrimoniali con cabina armadio e bagno con doppie docce. Proseguiamo nella suite padronale con balcone bagno e due cabine armadio.
Tutto l’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata canalizzata, e impianto allarme.

In Abruzzo, the hinterland is largely made up of national parks and nature reserves. As is often the case in Chieti, the entrance is on one floor, but the main apartment is on the third and top floor. The fourth floor features a private attic, used for recreational purposes, including a gym and equipment change room for various sports. Where we find a bathroom and also a small balcony.
On the first floor, but entering through the main door makes it appear as if it were on the ground floor, we find a small apartment that could be considered a guest apartment, with a double bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. At the entrance, there’s an elevator that leads to the main apartment.
To access the master apartment, if you don’t use the elevator, there’s a double flight of stairs with two security doors.
The enormous living room with fireplace can be divided into two areas by sliding a glass wall. The dining room overlooks a splendid terrace, where the blue of the Francavilla sea stands out on the horizon.
The kitchen is divided into two areas, perfect for hosting convivial gatherings with many friends, again with large windows opening onto the terrace.
Behind the kitchen is a convenient laundry/ironing room.
Returning to the entrance, we head towards the study with a balcony and a guest bathroom. Continuing towards the sleeping area, from a hallway where the elevator arrives, we find two double bedrooms with walk-in closets and a bathroom with double showers. We continue to the master suite with a balcony, bathroom, and two walk-in closets.
